
Katharina Stark
Biography
Katharina Stark (* September 26, 1998 in Fellheim) is a German actress.
She appeared in the short films Superheroes (director: Volker Petters; 2016), Mimikry (lead role of "Lara"; director: Anika Mätzke; 2017) and Take me to the land of Jihad (lead role of "Samra"; director: Philipp Dettmer). On television, she appeared in the ZDF episode Inga Lindström - Schlaflos in Stockholm as "Lissi" (director: Matthias Kiefersauer; episode 65; 2016) and in Lieblingsgeschwister as "Klara" (director: Agnes Hertwig; 2016).
She became known for her role as "Similde" in the fantasy film King Laurin.
From 2018 to 2022, she completed her acting training at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich.
In December 2023, Stark was named one of the ten European Shooting Stars of 2024 by European Film Promotion. In May 2024, she became a member of the European Film Academy.
