Mike MacDonald was born on June 21, 1954 in Metz, Moselle, France. He was an actor and writer, known for The Nutcracker Prince (1990), Chasing Robert (2007) and The Funny Farm (1983). He was married to Bonnie Lee Bayes. He died on March 17, 2018 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
